Performance Improvement

content pic11The NHS faces an enormous challenge in modernising services and maximising the use of scarce resources - particularly its skilled staff. It is being asked to re-engineer its services to improve performance.

We are now working at the heart of this modernisation agenda. Major beneficial and transformation change has been implemented successfully beyond the world of health. Two years ago, we decided that the most appropriate way of continuing to support the NHS was to partner our health experience with consultants with a substantial track record of change in other sectors. We undertook a structured and systematic review of the market and identified The Change Works as the best and most suitable partner.

The Change Works was established in 1992. Within the areas of change management, they have developed an outstanding reputation for pragmatic process analysis and working practice improvement. The Change Works has helped some of the world's fastest growing companies in pharmaceuticals, high technology and law, and some of the world's largest companies in aerospace, oil & gas, media and communications.

The Health Works was founded in July 2004 as a joint venture between Finnamore and The Change Works. The Health Works brings three solid streams of experience to bear on assignments in health:
