Deborah is a senior consultant, holding a master's degree with distinction in Business Administration. Since starting as a National NHS Management Trainee based in London, Deborah has gained wide experience within NHS operational and strategic management. She has 13 years experience working in within the health care sector. Prior to joining Finnamore Management Consultants Deborah was an Executive Director of an acute NHS Trust.
Deborah's portfolio includes whole health economy reconfiguration, Integrated Business Plan and clinical service strategy development, market analysis, service improvement, preparation of business cases for both capital and revenue investment, and project management. She has worked with a number of successful Foundation Trust applicants in the development of their applications and implemented major clinical service reconfiguration programmes within multi-site providers and across health communities.
