Helen has experience of working with a wide range of healthcare organisations to find practical, effective solutions to complex problems. She has advised NHS Trusts in the development of strategic outline cases and other business cases, ensuring their strategic fit with the organisations' future and compliance with current standards and best practice.

Helen is a graduate of Brunel University and a chartered accountant. She has worked with the NHS for the past fifteen years. She joined Finnamore Management Consultants from what was then the North Thames Regional Office of the NHS Executive. Her role there encompassed all aspects of performance management for a Health Authority and six Trusts, including two mental health and a specialist learning disabilities Trust. Helen had previously been the lead financial contact for all of the Trusts in the North Thames Region.
