Jim is an energetic problem solving analyst and understands the complexities associated with data and its use. He has a wide knowledge of the analytical techniques that can be applied to business issues and the ability to communicate solutions effectively. Jim has a real passion for interrogating data with a view to influencing and informing decision making processes. He truly understands the fundamental need for data to have integrity and rigour and applies himself to those ends.

Jim's background in analysis is a wide one. He has several years experience within Healthcare, prior to which he worked in sectors as diverse as academic publishing, the petrochemical industry and consulting to start-up businesses.

Jim's analytical expertise is very broad. He has recently developed a modelling approach which combines workforce scheduling, staff costs and non-pay costs to produce 5 year business plans. He also has a wealth of experience in data validation and has developed a number of activity and capacity forecasting models, used for strategic planning purposes, for a broad range of healthcare providers.
Jim has a keen interest in Marketing and has applied this interest to develop enhanced visual outputs associated with any analysis such as thematic mapping and dynamic graphical interfaces. A key attribute of Jim's is his ability to convert and contextualise complex datasets so that they can be understood by non-analytical personnel.

Jim is a confident communicator with essential project management experience. His approach to consulting is responsive: it's based on meeting objectives and fulfilling requirements by understanding the client's needs in the widest sense possible. In this way, Jim always strives to exceed expectations and takes pride in providing excellent client service.
