Vicki joined Finnamore Management Consultants after several years working for a 'Big four' accountancy firm, initially as an external auditor to public sector organisations and more recently within the firm's healthcare consulting division.
Her training as a chartered accountant has provided a useful tool for understanding financial issues facing NHS organisations.
In addition to financial reviews, Vicki has been involved in a significant number of service reviews, both at strategic and operational level.
